1.    Can I pick up my item?
Pick up is available at Athelstone SA. Please contact us to arrange a time before you come.
2.    Do you offer combine shipping discount?
Yes,  if you buy more than one item from us, you will pay one postage fee $12 only and all remaining items will have combined shipment.
3.    What methods of payment do you accept?
EnjoyEbuy currently accepts PayPal, bank deposit and money order only.
4.    How long do I have to pay for an item?
In the listing we stated that payment should be made within 7 days from Purchase date. If you require an extension, please email us and in most circumstances we are able to accommodate your request.
5.    Which carrier do you use to ship your parcels?
Australia Post eParcel will be used.
6.    Will I need to sign for my item on delivery?
Yes, the items require a signature upon delivery. If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the delivery driver will leave a notice in your letterbox & you can take the notice to your local post office to collect your item. Please note that you will need proof of ID when collecting your item from the post office.
7.    Can I have my item delivered to a P.O. Box address?
Yes, all items can be delivered to a P.O. Box address.
8.    What is your Return Policy?

9.    I have a problem with EnjoyEbuy what should I do?
We are committed to resolving any issues. You can email us directly on admin@enjoyebuy.com .
10.  Do you have telephone support?
We do not have phone support at the moment. However, we do endeavour to reply to all emails within 1 business days. We do understand that sometimes it could be frustrating to wait for a reply. In order to keep our costs down we can only provide email support for the time being. Phone support would drive up the prices of all our products very quickly and since we aim to offer genuine savings at all times, we hope you can understand.

11.  My question is still not being answered.
We will respond to each and every email within 24 hours during business days - thank you for your patience and understanding.
