Warranty & Return policy


1. If the listing does not contain any warranty information then we will provide 90 days replacement warranty. Please check the listing first for the correct warranty period. 
2. We will replace your item if it is found to be Dead on Arrival (DOA) within 14 days from the date of dispatch. Any DOAs must be contact/return to us within 14 days. For assistance with warranty and returns please email us first. We will arrange replacement on a faulty unit, once our technician confirms that the unit is faulty.
3. If an item needs to be returned for warranty after the 30 day period from the date of dispatch, postage for both ways will be at the buyer's expense. 
4. We do not accept any item return by COD.Buyers are responsible for the returning shipping costs under any circumstances.
5. Please Note: For all returned non-faulty items (identified by our technical department), the buyer is responsible for shipping and handling fee for re-sending the item back to buyer.
6.The return item must be in new condition with the full package. Otherwise we will not provide this replacement.
7. All accessories and bonus gift are not covered by warranty.
eg. Battery, earphone, cable, carry bag etc. 
8. We are not liable for incorrect purchase or assumptions by buyers. It is not acceptable for refund/replace if buyers merely feel unhappy because the item is not what they expected, or that have simply changed their minds.
